As you know from past posts, Vanessa Marano (April Nardini on Gilmore Girls) has been starring in the series Scoundrels, which premiered on June 20th. Vanessa plays Hope West, and I wanted to share with you some of the recent episodic images for her appearances.

Vanessa Marano (April Nardini on Gilmore Girls) was recently cast as Hope West in the new Summer series Scoundrels, which will co-star Virginia Madsen, Patrick Fleuger and more. It premiered on June 20th. Many critics agree that Vanessa was the “real standout” of the premiere. And her character is blogging, which is kind of neat.
As previously mentioned, Vanessa Marano (April Nardini on Gilmore Girls) was recently cast as Hope West in the new Summer series Scoundrels, which will co-star Virginia Madsen, Patrick Fleuger and more.
The series will be broadcast on CTV in Canada as well as ABC, its home network, across North America. The series is set to premiere on June 20th at 9pm. Check out the preview below:

Canadian broadcaster CTV has announced a new series, Scoundrels, which will co-star Vanessa Marano (April Nardini on Gilmore Girls).
Scoundrels will be premiering on June 20th at 9pm (a Sunday night series) on CTV. The series will follow a family of small-time criminals as they try to go straight after their father goes to prison.
The series stars Virginia Madsen as the mother, Cheryl West, with Vanessa Marano playing her daughter, Hope West. Also starring are David James Elliott, Patrick Fleuger, Leven Rambin and Carlos Bernard.
Vanessa Marano (April Nardini on Gilmore Girls) has been cast in a new pilot for ABC. The pilot is a dramedy called Scoundrels and will also star Leven Rambin and Carlos Bernard. Virginia Madsen is cast as the matriarch of the family.
Scoundrels is based on the Outrageous Fortune series that chronicles a family of criminals who have decided to go straight after the patriarch (Neal McDonough) lands in jail. Each character must determine what is right or wrong – by law, code of honor, loyalty and respectability.
Vanessa Marano would play one of the two daughters in the family of criminals.
