The awards season is upon us and, to be sure, I know I’m probably missing many Gilmore Girls actors who are being nominated for their work. Please feel free to let me know if I miss something!
Two came to my attention today…
Liza Weil (Paris Gellar on Gilmore Girls) was nominated for an Indie Soap Award for Outstanding Guest Appearance for her work on the Anyone But Me web series.
In TV Guide Magazine’s Fan Favorites Awards, Jared Padalecki (Dean Forester on Gilmore Girls) was nominated for Favorite Actor for Supernatural, and the show for Favorite Sci-Fi Show up against Todd Lowe‘s (Zack Van Gerbig on Gilmore Girls)True Blood.
So go… vote!
Liza Weil Welcomes Baby Josephine

Liza Weil (Paris Gellar on Gilmore Girls) has been making a few guest appearances on the Anyone But Me web series as a pregnant shrink. In fact, Liza Weil really was pregnant for the series!
Liza made a return appearance on the series for the 9th episode of the season, ‘Private Rooms and Public Spaces.’ SHe appears about 4 minutes into the episode, Liza’s scene starts. And continues until there’s a surprise a couple of minutes into the scene!
Make sure to watch all the way through to the end of the credits for a special mention of a sort-of guest star in the episode – Josephine Elizabeth Weil Adelstein!! Congratulations on the new baby, Liza!!
Liza Weil Returns to “Anyone But Me”

Liza Weil (Paris Gellar on Gilmore Girls) made her second guest appearance on the webseries Anyone But Me last night. In her first appearance, we saw Liza appear as Aster’s pregnant shrink, Dr. Glass. Liza has returned for the 6th episode, ‘The Things We Know’, and you can see her right at the beginning of the video below:

Liza Weil (Paris Gellar on Gilmore Girls) made her first guest appearance last night in the webseries Anyone But Me, a series which follows the life of a group of teenagers including Vivian, a 16-year-old lesbian who moves away and tries to maintain a friendship with girlfriend Aster as well as establishing new social ties.
Liza appeared in the season 2 episode “Girl Talk” playing a pregnant shrink – she’ll be back for more episodes later this season, too. Word from Twitter is all glowing in praise of her guest spot. What did you think?
