Milo’s Appearance on “The Webadventures of Justin & Alden”

Milo Ventimiglia (Jess Mariano on Gilmore Girls) guest starred in an episode of The Webadventures of Justin & Alden, a series about internet gurus finding their glory in making a web series. Yes, it’s that meta. Anyway, he guest starred in the last episode of the series when the duo are ready to accept defeat.

You’ll find Milo’s appearance 4:06 – making quite the Heroes pun, too!

“Heroes” Canceled

After 4 seasons on the air, NBC has canceled Heroes, which starred Milo Ventimiglia (Jess Mariano on Gilmore Girls) alongside two other guest-stars on Gilmore GIrls, Masi Oka, and Cristine Rose.

The series picked up lower and lower ratings throughout its fourth season. Indeed, even I stopped watching it. Not even trying to sometimes recap it for GilmoreNews.com could keep me going on it (sorry to diehard fans!).

There is some good news, however, for fans of the series. Producers may have the opportunity to create a movie to wrap up the story. We will know more later!

"Heroes" Season 4 Photos

Milo Ventimiglia will soon be returning to television in the Season 4 / Chapter 5: Redemption premiere of Heroes, which will premiere on September 21st on NBC. The first episode of the season is called “Orientation”, but it’s followed up immediately by a new episode in this 2 hour premiere event.

The second episode, “Jump, Push, Fall”, debuts a new carnival clan whose intentions are unknown but seem to be focused towards our familiar Heroes. Meanwhile, our favorite characters, including Peter Petrelli (Milo), try to adjust to new stages in their lives. For Peter, this includes doing “good” by helping as a paramedic.

Meanwhile, I also have some new photos of Masi Oka, who plays Hiro in Heroes and guest starred on Gilmore Girls. His character is continuing his quest with Ando to help people by promoting their abilities. [Read more...]

As we saw in earlier photos, Milo’s character, Peter, has returned to work as a paramedic, attempting to live life as Mr. Regular Guy and to be a hero by saving one life at a time. Milo Ventimiglia Says "Heroes" Will "Be a Circus"

Milo Ventimiglia (Jess Mariano on Gilmore Girls), recently promoting his film Gamer, was asked about the upcoming season of Heroes. He responded saying that “the whole thing’s going to be a circus.”

Milo gives us his insight on his character, Peter Petrelli, as a “kid with a golden heart with his head in the clouds” who has all these powers. After being attacked over and over, and betrayed by family, Milo says that Peter came out of Season 4 as a better person. Milo says that the new Peter has more of a sense of humor, and with some joy in life. He takes joy, for example, in helping others again as a paramedic. Check out the rest above!

Milo Ventimiglia Filming "Heroes"

Yesterday, Milo Ventimiglia (Jess Mariano on Gilmore Girls) was seen filming a scene for Heroes, which returns for Chapter 5: Redemption / Season 4 on Monday, September 21, 2009. In the scene, Milo’s character Peter Petrelli is seen rescuing a woman (series newcomer Deanne Bray) and is clearly trying to be Mr. Regular Guy, back at work as a paramedic. Indeed, this woman will be Peter’s new love interest!

Milo Ventimiglia at Comic-Con

Milo Ventimiglia (Jess Mariano on Gilmore Girls), pictured here this weekend in San Diego for Comic-Con 2009, just inked a production deal between his company, Divide Pictures (co-founded with Russ Cundiff), and Generate in order to develop digital programming. Check out this interview Milo gave for more info on the deal.

During the Heroes panel at Comic-Con, it was shown that Milo’s character, Peter Petrelli, would be making attempts at a normal life in the upcoming season…. though that doesn’t always work out.

“He’s seen it all. He’s got a lot more humor about it. Nothing’s new to him. If someone comes to him swinging, he’s going to swing back harder.” To illustate this, fans were shown another clip, this time of Peter and Ray Park’s character having a really cool knife fight.

Check out the full interview in video here. [Read more...]
