In the episode, Anderson and Melissa discussing everything from her eccentric rituals with her husband to being a mother of two young girls, her rise to fame and how she maintains such a positive body image in the body conscious world of Hollywood. And yes, that’s a soap bust that Melissa has given to Anderson!

This year marks the 85th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. It’s not clear if Lauren will become a part of the show itself, as NBC often airs segments of the stars scheduled to appear on the show.
