Marion Ross in “Keeping Up With The Randalls”

Marion Ross (Lorelai ‘Trix’ Gilmore on Gilmore Girls) stars in the upcoming tv movie on Hallmark, Keeping Up with the Randalls. She stars as Grandma Dorie, someone not quite as sweet as she looks (sound familiar?). The film will make its first premiere on July 16th.

Summary: Alicia Crosby is a hugely successful children’s fashion designer based in Los Angeles. Her personal life is equally successful as Alicia suspects her boyfriend Will Randall is going to pop the question any day now. But first, Alicia must survive meeting Will’s family, which means getting down and dirty in their family’s annual ‘Reunion Races’ where she is up against everyone from Will’s mom, Barb, his dad, Doug, his seemingly sweet Grandma Dorie, to even Will’s ex-girlfriend, Kris

“Hold At All Costs” Narrated by Edward Herrman

Edward Herrmann (Richard Gilmore on Gilmore Girls) is narrating the upcoming documentary film, Hold at All Costs, a film about a specific battle in the Korean War. Edward was chosen as narrator, being known in from his work narrating the audio CD version of David Halberstam’s Korean War book, The Coldest Winter.

In June, 1953, during the last weeks of the Korean War, a battle raged between American soldiers and Chinese Communists for possession of a company-sized piece of ground known as Outpost Harry.

In the course of eight days, eight or ten companies from the 15th Infantry, 3rd Division and 5th Infantry Regiment obeyed their orders to hold Harry “at all costs.” They did so, but at a terrible price.

This is the story of forgotten warriors, in a forgotten battle, of a forgotten war.
