Alexis Bledel stars as Frederick Aiken’s sweetheart Sarah Weston in her newest film, The Conspirator. The movie opened in April and comes to DVD on August 16th. To promote the release, a number of new stills of the film, including of Alexis, have been released.

The Good Wife, starring Matt Czuchry (Logan Huntzberger on Gilmore Girls), will be coming to DVD on September 14th. CBS doesn’t list any extras for the DVD. It’s sad that extras have become so rare on tv shows these days!!

The latest Gilmore Girls piece of news is that the series will now be available for digital download purchase on iTunes. The Complete Series will now be available as well as seasons 3-7 in high definition for the first-time ever!

Olivia Hack (Tana Shrick in Gilmore Girls) has been doing a lot of voice work of late. Her latest credit as the voice of Treena in Scooby-Doo! Abracadabra-Doo, a new DVD chronicling the Scooby-Doo gang going to check on Dapthne’s sister who is studying magic at the Whirlen Merlin Magic Academy. Apparently there’s been trouble at the Academy. Sightings of a giant dragon have been scaring all the students away. The gang smells trouble and decides to investigate.

Alexis Bledel (Rory Gilmore on Gilmore Girls) starred in the recent theatrical (limited) release, The Good Guy, which is now on pre-order for DVD! The film will be officially released on June 22, 2010. The film didn’t get a wide distribution, and had mixed reviews, but I’d see anything with Alexis in it!
Alexis Bledel stars as Beth in this romantic comedy about a young girl who wants it all – good job, friends, and a fantastic guy. She falls for Tommy (Scott Porter), a Wall Street hot-shot. Sadly, as Tommy trains an up-and-coming co-worker, Daniel (Bryan Greenberg), Beth becomes Tommy’s target too. So, Beth has to tackle love like Wall Street – it’s all high risk, high reward, and everyone has an angle.

Milo Ventimiglia (Jess Mariano on Gilmore Girls) can be seen in the soon-to-be-released DVD for his movie, Order of Chaos. which was released on DVD yesterday.
The thriller flick chronicles the relationship between an attorney and a neighbour-colleague (Milo) and their competition to move up in the firm and get ahead in life.
