The Summer episode (Episode 3) of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, the Gilmore Girls revival for Netflix, will include Stars Hollow: The Musical, a musical rendition celebrating the history of Stars Hollow. As we outlined in earlier posts, we know that the 3 “stars” of the show are all Broadway stars themselves, with highly-anticipated guest star Sutton Foster as a struggling actress who gets her big break in this, Stars Hollow: The Musical.
Sutton Foster, who recently opened the 2016 PBS A Capitol Fourth with a patriotic medley (see below), recently admitted that her fandom of Gilmore Girls (which she has always referred to) included a crush on Milo Ventimiglia:
“I had such a crush on him. I journal and cut things out from magazines for inspiration, and I was going through old journals and out fluttered a photo of Milo,” Foster, 41, tells Us of the Heroes alum, 38. “I wasn’t a teenage girl. I was in my late twenties when this happened!”
It definitely sounds like we can consider Sutton Foster to be #TeamJess:
“There was something about [Milo] and Rory and Jess,” Foster adds. “I mean, I liked Dean too. I was never a big fan of Logan. But Jess was always my favorite. He was — there was something about their chemistry together.”
Sadly, Sutton revealed that she did not get to work with her “crush” for Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life!
