Who is the Mystery Child on Gilmore Girls?

Share

Thanks to the power of social  media, we’re getting an in-depth look at the filming of Gilmore Girls, which we didn’t have during the original series. Sometimes that’s great, and sometimes that introduces potential spoilers, such as this one. Who is this beautiful little girl?

Posing outside her own trailer on Gilmore Girls, the caption states:

“Congratulations to our beautiful Olivia on Booking a role on @netflix show “Gilmore Girls” We are so proud of you ❤️🎬Olivia is standing in front of her trailer having a wonderful day filming”

So… who will she be? A child of Paris & Doyle? Of perhaps Luke’s sister Liz, who hasn’t yet been confirmed back? Or of Luke & Lorelai themselves? Chime in with your answers below!!

Who is the little girl??

Earlier this month, we were introduced to a number of other new characters set to appear in Gilmore Girls: Seasons:

“We’ll meet Berta and Alejandro, a Peruvian couple. Alejandro is both a handyman and a solid family man. Viewers will also meet Nat Compton, an incredibly miserable looking man who never smiles. Plus, there’s 13-year-old Dewey, Clementina, a Portuguese nanny, 7-year-old Tim and his 5-year-old sister Gabriela, 9-year-old Korean-American twins Stevie & Kwan and a whole bunch of hippies at a commune. Intrigued? How about the pleasant 30-something Paul, a Michael Cera type described as “a good boyfriend,” the older high-end men’s magazine editor Jim, the blue-collar Dwayne, and the good-looking, eager 20-something Damon.”

My guess is she is 5 year old Gabriela Gilmore-Danes.

Tim and Gabriela are probably Paris and Doyle’s kids – hence the need of a Portugese nanny.

She’s GiGi – Christopher’s other daughter, Rory’s sister. Just about the right age, I think.

Kinda tricky for “Chris” to be back but nowhere in 6 hours running time fail to acknlowedge he has a second daughter?? Suppose GiGi could be shipped off to boarding school like “Chris’ himself.

Or I don’t know maybe she’s living in France with her mom, Sherry.

I always felt that they mishandled GGs existence, anyway. She was around some, but after a while, it’s like Rory forgot she had a sister. In the finale, she told Lane that she’d never had a sister. (Line could have easily been written to acknowledge GG instead of ignoring her.) Oh well.

Shes can’t be GiGi considering that GiGi’s full name is Georgia Hayden.. I agree with Sarah, perhaps its a Paris and Doyle’s daughter.

She has to be Luke and Lorlais daughter. It stupid to have all these young people on show with kids and them still not have any. She resembles Loralai and I see that is how Loralai would dress her kid. If it’s not theirs then the writers of Gilmore girls shouldn’t even title themselves writers. Nobody wants to see Luke and Lorlai still struggling for marriage and kids. Come on now. Wedding can’t happen without Loralais father. They have to already be married and show pictures and flashbacks. Loralai has to be able to say her father gave her away to the man she truly loved.
