Melissa McCarthy Nominated for Emmy

Melissa McCarthy (Sookie on Gilmore Girls) was co-hosting the Emmy Nominations on July 14th with Fringe star Joshua Jackson when she received a lovely surprise! Melissa has been nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for her role on Mike and Molly. She vies against Laura Linney, Edie Falco, Amy Poehler, Martha Plimpton and Tina Fey. What a lovely surprise, while hosting!!
