Alexis Bledel (Rory Gilmore on Gilmore Girls) has joined the cast of the Off Broadway show, Love, Loss, and What I Wore.
The play, which runs with a rotating cast, is appearing at the Westside Theatre in New York. Alexis will be a part of the performing December 8, 2010 – January 9, 2011 run.
Loss, and What I Wore, written by Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron, is a collection of stories using clothing and accessories and the memories they trigger to tell funny and often poignant stories that all women can relate to.

Said stage has been up since 2009 and I dont think there would be a repeat performance if it bombed. Surely to say, it made money thats why they could gear up for another performance next year & w/ loads of additional actors plus numerous playdates – geewhiz!

So I presumed that right after she finished filming the “V & D”, she then goes straight to stage rehearsals most like up til the whole December. And after her broadway stint, she’ll be preparing &/or heading for the “The Conspirator’s” promos that has an early spring playdate.
i read wat sangford said. so does that mean she’ll be playing in january n not december for sure now? i dont wanna buy tickets n then have the dates shes there change. help!
Good decision for Alexis for “taking risk” on her acting career.

Sorry to say I bought tickets to see Alexis in the play on Dec 17th. She was not in the play- The cast was Loretta Swit, Didi Conn, and Kathryn Flannery- Alexis will be appearing January 12th :( .
God one such occasion I wish I lived in America… never get anything as good as that here in Aus…

Well it’s a good thing for her fans not only to show support on her latest acting endeavor… but they could also get to see her in “flesh” – absolutely awesome!
