Sebastian Bach (Gil on Gilmore Girls) was charged with assault early this morning in Peterborough, Ontario where he allegedly bit a staff member’s hand and smashed a wine glass after being told he couldn’t take it with him. Police found some marijuana on Bach – he will appear in court for the charges. The video has already been sold to TMZ.
Sebastian tweeted earlier today, “I am now free. I’m going through some rough times rite now & all of your support means everything to me.”
Bach was in town to deal with the estate of his father, who recently passed away (so sorry to hear this) and to deal with legal issues surrounding a picture of his wife.
