Matt Czuchry (Logan Huntzberger on Gilmore Girls)’s new series, The Good Wife, premeries tomorrow on CBS at 10pm.

In The Good Wife, Matt stars as Cary, a new recruit in a Chicago law firm. He’s a recent Harvard grad and the biggest competition to Alicia (Julianna Margulies), who is returning to practice after many years away (and her husband’s very public sex and political corruption scandal). They battle together for the one full-time associate position that is available and Cary will use any means to ensure he gets that spot. Check out the previews here and here.
In the first episode, “Pilot“, Alicia’s first case is a retrial of a woman accused of murdering her ex-husband. The first trial was deadlocked and the firm wants again to try it in the same way – so Alicia has a fight on her hands.

Also noteworthy, Katie Walder makes a cameo in the pilot! She played Janet Billings in Gilmore girls, Rory’s athletic Yale Roommate. I’m actually watching the pilot right now. She has a great part, too!
