Krysten Ritter in "Breaking Bad"

Krysten Ritter Breaking BadKrysten Ritter (Lucy on Gilmore Girls), shown here at the opening of TAO Beach on Saturday, has been guest starring on AMC’s Breaking Bad.

Krysten joined the show for a “major recurring arc” as a love interest for Jesse (Aaron Paul). She first appeared in the April 5th episode, ‘Breakage’, as Jane Margolis, and is listed on imdb with 8 episodes for the series.

In the most recent episode of the series, ‘Negro Y Azul,’ which aired on April 19th, AMC finally released some photos of Krysten’s character. At this point, Jane (Krysten) is not romantically involved with Jesse; she’s his landlord and neighbor. She’s also a tattoo artist… with no tattoos. At the end of the episode, Jane and Jesse are holding hands – so who knows what they’ll get up to in the next 6+ episodes!

She reminds me that chance I had once, and didn’t grasp! At that time I didn’t see the signs… Only a few years later, when I had lost her!
So, to both of them, the actress, and the artist, I wish the best for ever.

Apart from the entertainment aspect of a show, and the way we may love a performer, the question is: what does that kind of meeting mean? It may seem only artificial, yes, but we can’t help remembering. It’s often about one of those crossroads, almost as some of those signs that remind us to focus our attention to something in particular.

There are hundred shows, thousands books, and so many movies. There are hundred composers, interprets, and singers. Yet, only a few of them can really reach and affect us. The other ones are often only a matter of consummation. But those that count for us always teach us something.

Yet, why did we meet those events in particular and not some other ones? There is no hazard, and one part of the answer is to be found in our lives. The way it may be affected, and what happens next? And the most difficult thing, perhaps, is to see all that signs that really help us keeping moving.

It’s a force in action that always finds its way into our soul and our mind. But, often, we are so much used in our older life, the way we live, we think, that we fail to notice that our life may be affected by some sort of transformation.

Perhaps we see the signs that we want to see, or rather that we can see, that we’re ready to see. Signs are everywhere around us and always and we see them when the moment is right. Maybe that’s what some call destiny or maybe it’s simply consciousness, who knows… and maybe regret shouldn’t exist. I know this is a page about Krysten Ritter. I’ve never even watched Gilmore Girls, but I got into Breaking Bad about a month ago and watched all the episodes in one night. There aren’t that many girls on the show, so I guess if I had to identify to a character that would be to her… or maybe just to some of her attitudes sometimes… But as artificial as this link to fictitious people and events can be, it still can bring us something, a little something that real people can’t always seem to be able to bring because of a lack of awareness, understanding or ability to relate. People watch shows and movies and read books, and it has to be beyond the sole purpose of entertainment. Most people will probably not realize that there’s more, but some are conscious and will stop and wonder why, why certain people and certain places, certain shows and certain decisions, or even certain webpages…
