Vanessa Branch and Alexis Bledel in "Post-Grad Survival Guide"

Vanessa Branch played the long-legged blonde who stunned Rory in "Go Bulldogs!" – being a Bobby who-is-a-girl, not a Bobby who-is-a-boy. As Logan Huntzberger’s coworker, Vanessa appeared in only two episodes of Gilmore Girls.

Since Gilmore Girls, Vanessa has gone on to do movies such as Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End and Milk and Fashion. Vanessa’s movie career has heated up recently, and she has 5 movies in post or pre-production, including one which co-stars Alexis Bledel: The Post-Grad Survival Guide.

Alexis Bledel stars in The Post-Grad Survival Guide as Ryden Malby, a girl who must move back home to her eccentric family after graduating from college. Ryden looks for a job, tries to meet the right guy and to figure out where her life is going. The movie also co-stars Zach Gilford, Michael Keaton, Carol Burnett and Rodrigo Santoro. Vanessa Branch has a minor role in the film as Vivien the receptionist. You can see a clip of the movie here.

The Post-Grad Survival Guide will come out some time in 2009.
