I don’t know if its because I’m 8 1/2 months pregnant or what but was I the only one crying when Lorelai was singing to Luke? It felt really like a good-bye rather than “I want to get back together” kind of song.
wow congrats… but it was a goodbye and a get back together song….. the goodbye part was the part when she said goodbye and please dont cry….. but the get back together part was when she could barely say goodbye an dplease dont cry!!

After she saw Luke her singing became more low key and then she, along with the rest of us, interpreted the words to have meaning for her and Luke. And, he seemed to be enjoying the whole thing. Did you notice everyone’s reaction as she left the stage?
Everyone in the world was crying. Or they at least had a tear in their eye. I watched the clip around 20 times before it stopped making me cry every time :)
