I love this director’s cut. It’s so cute that Lorelai checks Luke out looking at his hat. There conversation is normal this time. No awkwardness. It’s also cute when she gives advice about Luke’s boating trip. It seems like she’s worried about him and April. That’s so sweet. Patty and Babette are funny in this scene as well.

YEs! Lorelei/Luke banter is back. On the E website in the article that Kristin wrote, she said that now that they’re bantering again Lorelei seems 10 years younger. I couldn’t agree more, she really does have a much younger spirit when she’s with Luke.

That’s so true. You can just see her childish side come out when she’s with Luke (in a good way!!). I love Lorelai when she is with Luke. They just kind of balance each other out. Lorelai with her wit and Luke with his, well, grunts, I guess. :P
thank good that there is a place, where we have a kirks town tours, karoke nights with babaette and miss patty, and other orignial characters and ideas like the ones we find in starshollow..i cant wait to se the next episode …and before i forgot…yeaaarh the cap is back….

I think our question for who would make the first move was answered…Lorelai.
When she decided to come back to the diner.
And the second move….Luke, wearing his blue cap again.
…I love the scene when Lorelai sees him wearing her cap, the cap that she bought for him, aw, they so love each other!
Finally, things are getting back together…
Ah, but the big question is: Who will make the first “really big” move?” And, this time, I certainly hope it is Luke rather than Lorelei. I want to see HIM give her “the kiss in the rain” they are talking about.

I just absolutely broke my heart to see Logan ask for Lorelai’s permission. I’m so sad for him!! :( By the way, WTF is up with Lorelai’s expresion when Logan tells her he wants her permission? What’s up with that?

oh my god! just saw the episode. it was absolutley amazing. i started crying when lorelai was singing. oh my god! and logan asking lorelai’s permission! and the previews. i seriously cannot wait until next week’s episode.
Saw the episode a little bit ago =), was really good. But sences from next week BOO!! Chris and Lorelai, together again FRIENDS ew, gross. LUKE COME BACK start RANTING now!
