Richard is put on a very strict diet by Emily, but thankfully Lorelai comes to the rescue asking Sookie to make ‘healthy’ also taste good. It’s Logan’s birthday. There is a dinner at the Huntzberger house, where Mitchum asks for Rory’s help to steer Logan right (I thought he was doing ok?!). Rory makes Logan a birthday breakfast at his New York apartment (new set design). Logan gets "disturbing news" about the company he purchased. i thought this episode was great…
especially when emily did not spaz on lorelai for herseperation from chris
miss patty and babbetter were hilarious with the hen the rooster and the bagle thing
oh my goodness, i think rory is such a good girlfriend to make logan breakfast in bed and try and throw him a party. i think it was so sweet of her to go to the dinner with mitchum for logan even though mitchum is not her favorite person. and what was with mitchum with the whole you are a great journalist and i would ove for you to work at any of my papers thing? he didn’t feel that way at the end of the fifth season.
i think luke dealed with liz, tj, and doolah moving in for a few days quite well. i am surprised he didn’t blow his lid.

omg….rory and logan SO cute…
but extremely sadd ending….
mitchum is finally proud of logan, and his life is getting “on track” and now we find out that his business has failed??
jeez….they cant just be happy can they?
but then again, i guess if it was all perfect, there would be no drama in the show, and that would be just boring…
luke loved the familiy thing, thats why he didnt blow…he is not the most sharing his feelings on the outside person, and i think that the conversation between liz and tj that he picked up, was a push in the right way. And aw he is so great with the doula thing…can clearly pickture him and lorelei deal with at todler girl with pigtailes (mini lorelei) that luke cant say no to, and a mini flanel/baseballcap wearing boy, because ofcourse they’ll have twins…dream or no dream …lol
oh and for full versions of the episodes tjek out hannahpl on you tube…she post them really quickly after the airing…
this may be the first episode where it makes me start to like logan. he really has changed from a pompous partying guy to a hardworking business man. and it was really sweet of him to not tell rory about the bad news and went with the celebrations.
complete irony when his coworker told him the bad news and then go “happy birthday” at the end of the phone call!
i loved how richard was acting like a spoiled kid because of his anger towards being a patient! So cute!
and it was definitely a great opportunity for emily to see how much lorelai has accomplished on her own, even though she had to be drunk to appreciate it!

i liked season 7, but i would really like it more or even LOVE IT MORE if Luke and Lorelai would get back together and start over again, and this time get married they belong together. There’s no doubt about it she loves him and he loves her. So whats taking them so long? Luke and Lorelai are ment to be together… PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN….
